good thought, never thought about the fish sliding around. this is the one i built. i love it, but you're right. some times the fish slide around, especially the smaller ones. the first one was for a friend, the second is mine.

the cleaning surface is food quality starboard and the planks under it on the 2nd table is Trex, poly lumber. stuff is really good and really expensive. i caught Lowes selling out their supply, so it was about 40% off.

How about having strips of wood to box in the cutting board so it stays in that spot and taking it off to clean /store out of the weather? Drill holes in the corners of the strips thru the table to drain.
