Has anyone heard of carbonita grouper?

At a restaurant right now in Navarre and one of their fish of the day meals is carbonita grouper which the server told me is closely related to black grouper. Never heard of it and am always cautious of fish I have never heard of because it is usually Vietnamese catfish.

It's an illegal grouper because he hasn't paid enough Obama carbon tax.

Maybe he misspoke and it is Grouper Carbonara. Carbonara is an Italian cheese sauce used primarily over pasta. I'm sure it would be amazing on grouper too.

Yea I make fettuccine carbonara all the time, it's delicious!

Its actually called a Carberita and it IS a Black Grouper just another name for it.
