Ad says no road but shows a gate and road...I wonder if that is the easement they say in the ad... I hate properties with easement in the listing. Just means future headache!!! Looks like a pretty good deal unless most of it is wetland....

Easements seem to be a fairly normal thing in Okaloosa county. Like I mentioned, I stay away from those properties myself but I assume they are fine.

I may ride by and take a look at the layout.
