BOAT RAN FINE TILL THIS HAPPEND WAS CRUISNG ALONG AND SLOWED FOR A SHALLOW SPOT ON THE RIVER STARTED TILTING MOTOR UP WHEN ALARM WENT OFF WHICH IT DOES THIS WHEN PROPS TO HIGH I USUALL TURN BOAT OFF THEN TRIM BAK DOWN AND RESTART ALLWAYS WORKS. THIS TIME IT WOULD NOT START BAK UP AFTER TRIMMING BAK DOWN TOOK THE COVER OFF THE MOTOR AND REALIZED IM GETTING LOW ON 2 CYCLE OIL THEN REALIZED WHEN I TRIMM MOTOR UP ALL THE OIL RUNS AWAY FROM THE PICKUP WHICH I THINK IS WHAT SET THE BUZR OFF THIS TIME. WAS ABLE TO ADD MORE OIL AND STARTOFF THE CYLENOID. IT WILL NOT START WITH THE KEY BUT RUNS FINE. IS THERE A RELAY OR SOMETHING IVEDISCONNECTED THE BATTERY FOR TEN MINUTES AND HOOKED BAK UP SAME ISSUE WILL NOT START WITH KEY:banghead ITS A 2005 90 HORSE YAMAHA

There is aswitch but only for start in gear protection,, when you started it from the solenoid did it go forward or was it in neutral,, could be the control box... i can look at it for you,,,

I believe on the 90 it has another start in gear protection on the motor. It may have slipped out of adjustment also. I had this happen a few times. As far as the oil leak, I have put straps on the sensor to keep it from leaking. That does not always help. Sometimes, the sensor or tank needs to be replaced because it is too far gone.
