Just a few words of advice. Dont get the wire ones that are just bars, the dogs need to feel safe in their kennels. It is their safe place to hide and it is their home. Kennel training is definetly the way to go for sure though. My labs love their kennels and cry when the door accidently shuts them out. It is also a good idea put a piece of your worn clothing in with them so the dont feel alone and are comfortable with your smell (kinda helps with them knowing who there owner is also by your smell). Good luck with everything.

I have one that I got at Wal Mart that measures 42"L x 28"W x 32"H. It is in good shape..about 4 yrs old but used for about 2 weeks. It is black in color and the wire type with plastic floor pan. I think I paid about $80 bucks for it. $50 takes it.

My lab loves her kennel as well. I had one of the cage types that was kept inside. One day she got bored though and decided to eat some drywall. After that it was kennel training time. Great investment cause the things are indestructible.

Used to have a lab that ate everything. We kennel trained it from a puppy. But one day we came home and the dang dog had ate the plastic bottom and then ate my wood flooring down to the slab. I wanted to put a bullet in that dog's head that day. Those crates, especially the bottoms are not industructible.
