Looking for a Iridium Extreme or 9555... Let me know what you have. Might be interested in an Imarsat, but not so much a globalstar.

I know they are down now, but thought I would check here to see if anyone had something laying around they might want to part with.

How about any sat phone? Something like the old Kyocera SS-66K?

Don't have one for sale but use one when I deploy and it seems like if you move your head a few inches it drops the call. Was wondering if using it on a boat would even work as the boat will drift more that a few inches for sure.

Yea,they can be tough to use.... but when you are on a delivery and have a worried ownwer they are the best option... I have a GSC communicator (text over Globalstar sats) and it works well, but nothing like voice to clear things up.

Yes, Iridium is the standard now... globalstar works great for text but voice is unreliable to impossible to use.... Imarsat is not buch better (in my experience).
