Bought one at a garage sale for 10 dollars best stationary bike I have ever owned . I use it every day for 20 minutes then get on the tread mill for 40 minutes . Eat right and get a little exercise and you will lose the weight. I also use two 3 lb weights for about 30 minutes . Went from 204 to 179 so far, have a little bit more to go and want to level off at around 170. Not to mention went from a 38 inch waist to aloose 33 .Feel a lot better and have a lotmore energy than I use to. Good Luck and hope you use it and loose those extra pounds .
