I heard a rumor today that our very own robert turpin had a meeting today with the army corps in mobile about artificial wrecks being permitted out of alabama being too lenient on what they permit. Supposedly they are going to start cracking down even more on what they will and will not give permits for. Has anyone else heard anything about this? Just wanted to see if it is true.
