so, i chopped up 5lbs of pork trim to make sausage today but i forgot to get some deer from the freezer. i had chicken wings marinating to grill today also but the plans changed to an experiment. i mixed the wings with the pork trim and cooked it in my wash pot on the grill.

those oval shaped pork trimmings look like the ones my grandfather trimmed off piglets two at a time
so, are you saying i use the same technique as your grandfather or i'm as old as your grandfather?

he was about your age but know nothing about your technique , he could hold a piglet up by the back feet and with a hooked blade knife remove the nuggets and brush on some tar before the release . enjoy seeing your southern cuisine and well seasoned cookware . as a truck driver i use to use foil and cook on the engine
