Either hit the lighted docks at night, or fish deep holes during the day. I've got a couple deep honey holes that have never let me down. The best deep holes are the ones with higher elevated ledges, or straight drop offs. Don't misstake a drop-off hole with a slope hole (gradually drops and gets deeper), as it don't produce.
I was out twice last week and had really good success on flats in 4 feet of water with a channel right near by. The water movement seemed to be the bigest factor for me. When the tide started really moving, the fish were on fire.
Also have had the most luck when the temp is a few degrees colder than is has been. Like when it has been 70 in the morning all week and the it is 65 all of a sudden.
