Yep, same with trampolines that is why I don't have one for my dogs anymore. They used to sleep on it. I guess they will sue me if they fall off.

I had the insurer for my rental call one day. They said they drove by my rental (and apparently looked in the backyard which has a privacy fence around it) and saw that the tenant has a trampoline. Said if it didn't come down, I was cancelled.
Yes, they can tell you what you can and can't have.
