This is a rare guitar that appraised for over $2000.00 has a unique shallow double-cutaway, sunburst arched maple top with f-holes, dark stained maple back and sides, mahogany neck, 20-fret Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays.nickel "M" trapeze tailpiece, black plastic pickguard, 2 DeArmond pickups, two volume controls, two tone controls, 3-way switch. This is a beautiful guitar and in good condition for the age. Some history on this guitar. The exact number of F-65 electrics is reputed to be 1,825 examples made since 1833, being officially produced from 1962 to the summer of 1965. This particular example is more rare than most, as later models did not have the killer Bigsby vibrato and bridge, and the sunburst was lighter and redder. The feature set includes twin DeArmond coil pickups; Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard; two each volume and tone control knobs; three-way switch; and double cutaway Maple plywood archtop hollowbody with ?f? holes.

The Serial Number is 186067 and you can validate the year by going here http://www.martinguitar.com/history/dating.html
