I am looking for a place to hunt turkey on one or two days betweenNovember 22-25, if anyone has some land and some turkeys. I am anxious to get a turkey as I have never hunted them before. I plan to hunt Blackwater in the spring for them, but want an early shot at one.

If you are willing to help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

Hunting them in the fall/winter can be alright, but it's kind of just a bushwack.

Spring is when real turkey hunting is fun and addictive. The calling, chasing, and of course killin.

But if you just want some good meat, fall turkey is good if you can get one.

Oh I agree with both of you, I was just hoping to do some early practice. I have never hunted a turkey and hoped to work on my scouting, calling, and ability to sit still long enough to get a shot at one.

You know what they say, practice makes perfect and damn I want to get me a Tom.
