Hi all! My trolling motor bit the dust on Sunday. Left me stranded in Rocky Bayou in the middle of what felt like a freakin' hurricane! But that's a different story for another day. Do any of you guys have any ideas on how to acquire parts in an expeditious fashion? I've found several places online, but they are all up North and I really wanted to go fishing this weekend since the weather is supposed to be nice. Are there any places locally that sell repair parts? My motor is a Minn Kota Edge, 45lbs thrust, bow mount, tiller control. I believe it's either a 2011 or 2012 year model. Thanks for the help guys.

I've got a min Kota 3x riptide bow mount 12v 55 lb thrust for sale in the boats and boat parts for sale section...depending on what is wrong with yours, it may be easier/cheaper to buy a new or working one than to rebuild the one you've got...

In birmingham there is Alabama electric motors, or alabama trolling motors. One of the two.
You can order parts on eBay if you know what you need.
