What size range of trolling lead does everyone use for wahoo trolling around 7-10 knots? I am about to order some and am not sure what to get. Thanks.

At those speeds i would say use none maybe a Bonita in the spread but i am far from a pro sure more experience will chime in soon

Every now and then I'll add a 16-24oz to a plug to get it a little deeper on a flatline. On a high speed, a 32oz is more like it

I also pull 48 oz weights when high speed trolling for wahoo around 16-17 knots. You could always buy multiple 24 oz weights and clip two of them together to troll high speed, and then use a single 24 oz weight for speeds below 16 knots. Or you can also use 24 oz weights when high speed trolling if your lines are WAY back behind the boat. 24 oz are cheaper also. 48 oz weights which cost $27 a piece

I like to use my downrigger pulling lures or plugs at 7 to 10 knots. Save the leads for high speed. I also use 300 lb Fluorocarbon wind on's to a 300 lb. Fluorocarbon leader but my lures are stiff rigged with cable. I haven't lost one "yet".
