What do y'all think? Has there been too much rain to do some inshore fishing on the incoming tide in the AM?

Water was S L I C K this afternoon and I really want to go in the AM...but, I'm tired of coming home w/ an empty cooler...:doh

yup, 4am, but i've got to be out of the water by 9:00 or so so actually that will be perfect - i suffer from insomnia most of the time anyway...

Hey, 66,

I was thinkin' 'bouth the same. I talked to Buzzard on the Beach Pier Wed., He said red Tide HAD reached the Pass, but the Rain should push it out some.....Most of thedead fish were catfish and hard tails=both of which we can stand to lose plenty of..

So we're thinkin of going, but trying to stay somewhere between the Pass RED Tide and the heavy fresh water from the rains. {where e'er that turns out to be, we'll have to see when we're there..}

Hey, BTW , Ter & I have a 17' KEY WEST too!!
