I don't want folks to be excluded by an arbitrary date - Someone put up a date and see if it works for everyone? Is that possible? Guess I was seeing it as 'let's do this' but no specifics so I was just throwing out spitball dates to see if we could get this going. I just think it would be cool to have a meet-up while also bringing some patronage to a new business we'd like to see succeed... I can get free pretty much any weekend except March 10-11th (camping trip with my son through his school). Outside of that ya'll tell me when we can do it, I'll be there!

I posted a link to this thread to DeLuna's Hideout Facebook Messenger and just got a reply from Brittany.
She is excited to host us, and asks for a date so she can make sure she is staffed up when we arrive.
She also said things like the Pensacola Jeep Club hosts get togethers there, and fishing tournaments occur out the marina.
Soooooo - Some one needs to start a pole I guess to pick a date and get this meet-up moving. I do not think I know how.

OK. I'll give it a shot. I live near there and will go see the ownership either tonight or tomorrow after work. If somebody has a phone number send it to me in case they're not around during closed hours. Let's try an initial meet and greet for Saturday 11 Feb. It's supposed to be nice out so I'll see if we can just have a couple outside tables set aside for PFF for an estimated 10-12 people. I'll put signage on the table indicating it's the PFF crew. Let's shoot for 11:00 as that's when they open and if both tables aren't filled by 11:30 we'll give up the second table. If you KNOW you will be attending and let me know we'll ask for more tables as needed. My guess is that if we ask for more and nobody shows they'll likely not want to work with us again to make this happen so please try your best to show if you commit. If you can just let me know by replying to this thread it'll help get a headcount. Again, please don't add yourself to the list unless you really expect to be able to make it.

I'm off this weekend so count me in. I'll see ya'll at 11AM. My wife is doing something with her sister , so it'll just be me.
I believe the conversation started out with lunch chatting about their menu. Also, they don't take reservations and getting a group bigger than 6 in there at dinner time would be near impossible given how quick the place fills up. Showing up at opening gives us the best chance at getting the space we need.
