Might need to do a PFF meet up one night

I think this should have traction. Give them business, give us all a chance to meet and greet. I heard about this place recently as well, glad to see they are trying to make something of that canal and building. Launched there a few times, always thought it could be more. Let's help them out!

I'm in for a meet up but I am not a social planner, someone pick a day. I'll even go in to buy every PFF'er a round. (Edit- within reason. I'm not buying a round of Pappy Van Winkle ). PFF has been good to me, I'd like to put more faces with names, and I'd like to buy all of you a drink! Someone make it happen!

Any further thoughts on a meet and greet? What if we did a series of like three? Pick 3 consecutive Saturdays and folks can make whichever and however many they can or want? More business for the restaurant, more opportunities for PFF'ers to meet other PFF'ers... just a thought.

I don't want folks to be excluded by an arbitrary date - Someone put up a date and see if it works for everyone? Is that possible? Guess I was seeing it as 'let's do this' but no specifics so I was just throwing out spitball dates to see if we could get this going. I just think it would be cool to have a meet-up while also bringing some patronage to a new business we'd like to see succeed... I can get free pretty much any weekend except March 10-11th (camping trip with my son through his school). Outside of that ya'll tell me when we can do it, I'll be there!

Someone had to pick a day and time. I guess I was not decisive enough, but this works for me! I'll be there. 1 or 2 of us. At least me, Linda will probably come if we can get the kid and the mother in law squared away. Look forward to seeing some PFF'ers I haven't met and hopefully some that I have and to trying a new place as I haven't been there yet since they opened. Launched a couple times but not the restaurant.

Regardless, if it's even a handful, I bet it won't be the last.

When I asked my wife if she wanted to go, she said she and her sister were doing something with their mother. Then she asked who was going to be there.
Me - A bunch of guys from the fishing forum.
Her -Oh so you know these people...right ?
Me -Well No I haven't met them yet.
Her - So you're going off to have lunch with a bunch of people that you don't know.
Me - Yep ...well wait a minute , "serial killer " is going to be there I've met him. Lol ! "Inside joke with SurfRidr."
Her - Well as long as serial killer is going to be there. Lol !

Linda asked who would be there and if any wives were going, I said I didn't know but didn't sound like many.. she shrugged and said 'I been wanting to try that place' and then didn't give me an answer. lol
