I have been watching this transformation. Around 2007, a buddy and I looked at The Swamp House to do just this. After a complete tour, we decided NOPE - NO WAY.

I have heard the food is great, and now the canal has been dug from of many years of silt.

Glad to have another Boating Destination

Congratulations Brittany Snyder & Dustin Reeves - Job Well Done

Good to see this. I launched there once before the dredging and it was pretty shallow. Hope the new venture is a big success. I spoke to Justin briefly and he seems like a nice guy.
Might need to do a PFF meet up one night

I have had the nacho's twice and they are great!!
Wish they were open a couple more nights during the week. The menu does look good.

Mike Ley is running the place for them and from what I understand the atmosphere and food is great. I hope they do a great business.

I think this should have traction. Give them business, give us all a chance to meet and greet. I heard about this place recently as well, glad to see they are trying to make something of that canal and building. Launched there a few times, always thought it could be more. Let's help them out!

I'm in for a meet up but I am not a social planner, someone pick a day. I'll even go in to buy every PFF'er a round. (Edit- within reason. I'm not buying a round of Pappy Van Winkle ;)). PFF has been good to me, I'd like to put more faces with names, and I'd like to buy all of you a drink! Someone make it happen!

Jack,
I live on Scenic, within walking distance of that place and have a small guest house you are welcome to stay at if you come.

there's prolly a lot of members who live far from p'cola as i do. let's try to get as many as possible to come. maybe tom could get us a discount for a party of 200. even more if chase decides not to come.
