Would like to thank PFF Senior member Kenny and Penny Mann from Emerald Coast Marine for the fast and professional service recently on my Yamaha 150..
The entire crew from the front to the Mechs in the shop did an awesome job getting me back on the water in no time, and this job wasn't small.. Would highly recommend them should any of y'all need professional help (Marine Work), Thanks again, KK

I thought that Emerald Coast Marine (ECM) went out of business. Is that not true?

I have a Minn Kota trolling motor that needs repair and Kenny was an authorized repair center. I if ECM is still in business I can take it there rather than take it to Mobile.

I believe Kenny will only be there for maybe a week or two. I spoke with my Yamaha rep yesterday and he said that he has already resigned from the Yamaha system. Sorry to see another good one go.

Try calling Hammers they are an authorized Minn Kota repair shop. (850) 587-2149 that is if Kenny isn't able to do it.

FSU,

Is Hammer's in Cantonement? I hate to post anything bad on the site about any business that I personally do not have any experience with, however, a friend cautioned me about using the authorized Minn Kota business up there.

Have you used them? If so, what's your opinion of their service?

Thanks.

Yep that's the same Hammers.I brought my old foot control Minn Kota to them and he had it fixed in two days.I only had one problem when I got it back, they did't retighten the tensioning cables but that only took a second for me to do it.But I would definitly rather go to Kenny over Hammers any day.Kenny had my Talon fixed for me with in hours of getting it and can't say enough about his customer service.

I called Hammers a couple of years ago about my Minn Kota. The two minute phone conversation led me to look elsewhere.
