Are there any Guides who specialize in teaching kids and novices to surf fish? As a retired teacher, I think I might like to see if I can get the younger generation "hooked"! It may already be a flooded market. Any advice would be appreciated. Attached is one of 3 people this morning that became graduates of Dr. Mike's School of Fish as they walked by on the beach.

Chris V is the best surf fisher I have ever seen.
I get lucky sometimes and sometimes I have to pay my dues. Time on the sand is where it's at. The more time you spend on the waterline and shifting from target-to-target the better.

I will say it's been a great year in the surf.

It sure helps if you live in the area.

I about wore myself out in 2012- 2014 doing just that.
Sure I got to fish 2 to 4 days a week, but the hour 1/2 drive (one-way) from Mobile to Ft Morgan was a bit too much for this ole man.
Still, the most FUN I ever had working!
