Unwrapped and lathered this Butt last night! Pulled it this morning, got the egg started, set her at 250 and let it donits thing I finished up the stereo system install on the boat!

Came back, secret sauced it,wrapped it up in its stall at 165, cranked up the heat to 300 ish, and nack she went. Made a little appetizer while waiting. Its close now, bout to pull it and while resting, gonna throw some chicken on the egg! Bout to be some grub eatin round here! Money shot after the rest!

Who can guess the App.?

That fellas is a Southern Delicacy, lol. Deep fried salt pork. Pretty darn good, I didnt even need and BBQ sauce was so moist. Will be eatin on it tomorrow too!
