curtis, i got several recipes from the guys out there, debone the breast, pound it flat to tenderize it and pan fry or deep fry, remove immediately when it floats. pour mushroom gravy on not cook as long as you do as long as you do other poultry. you can also do it in a crock pot and with potatoes, onions and carrots and it will remain juicy and tender. i think the key is to not overcook it.
