first Ocean Master's reply is the correct one and doesn't involve that much work. Any good fiberglass repair shop can do the work.
Second I was looking at the forum page and noted that you posted a repair on another boat on June 4 2017 and you are post on a different boat now. Either your luck with buying boats is not good or are you buying, fixing and selling ? Just curious !
 
I used Big Jim and was happy with the result. I replaced a gas tank in a proline. We just cut the floor, pulled the tank, reglassed the floor. The difference with yours is you will need to make a replacement floor piece.
