Smoking mullet tonight

I’ve got them cleaned and soaking in the brine. Getting the smoker ready and I’ll post more tonight

I don't know anything about smoked Mullet I would like to try it. Just gona say Those in the smoker look like a delimbed C-O-O-N carcass with the BOONE still in.LOL

We'll our girlfriends at Rollos just got delivered a bunch of them and they'll be getting mullet dip Saturday when I get some crawfish
