I normally put cut carrots , wild rice and a bunch of Celery in but tonight just did chicken rice a roni with chicken broth instead of water with a blackened Salmon steak i bought at Joe's for $7.50 LB
I use some Zatarains blacked seasoning but twice as much Weber Smokey Mesquite seasoning.

Looks good. We bought salmon steak at Sam's Seafood Saturday night and it was excellent. I think the chef used dill spice.

I'm not a big salmon fan.....but that looks good !
I used to not like salmon but found that it was because I was eating farmed. I think that the feed makes it have a strange taste. The wild caught has a much better flavor to me. I have grilled some that turned out very good.
