I usually fillet and fry my fish fresh right on the bridge where they were caught. It isn't fresh unless their still twitching when they hit the grease :thumbup:

Thought I would post a picture of my father in laws setup. It's nice when it's cold out side. Has heat and everything. There's a sink a fridge a freezer a drain right in the center with a electric winch above it. Pretty nice set up.

I have a cutting board that's just about the same size as my tailgate. Works for me and it's portable.

I have one like Max Power, a piece of corian that is same size as tailgate BUT I'm building one of of cement. I poured the top last year, it's 4 by 6 and here soon will pour the four legs using those cardboard tubes and then mount the top to it. Will post pics as soon as I figure out how to.
