Does anybody shark fish from the beach during this time of year, or even later like during winter time?

Ive heard the big time shark guys fish more off the beach during the winter. The big tigers and makos come in close following the bonita running the beaches. A couple of winters ago a guy in Navarre landed a fourteen ft tiger.
