I have seven wooded acres south of Bonifay off of Union Hill Road which I'd like to lease to the right individual for hunting. Yeah, I know this is a small amount of land, but it's surrounded by woods on all sides and it would be great for one hunter. I think you could set up a feeder on the lower side of the property and be in great shape. Would be a nice secluded place to go by yourself, especially if you happened to live in the Panama City, Lynn Haven area. I'm only asking the tax bill on the place which is around $160. There's some good people who live in this area, and I don't want to rankle any neighboring landowners. I'd have to have some references etc. Thanks.

Nice area there.....I got a buddy that lives about a mile off the hwy thats got 40 acres...killed some does with a bow and a couple bucks with a gun.....lots of deer around there...

This sounds like an opportunity for one careful, skilled hunter.
I used to own two and a half acres that I hunted small game on, but if I were after deer, there was plenty of them. My little spot had homes on two sides, within a half mile, and a road on the third. Even so, setting up a feeder and a blind would have got me shots within 50 yards, away from everything. A 12 gauge rifled slug gun would have been perfect for that situation.
Unfortunately, I don't live anywhere near Bonifay, or I would be all over this.
