I am going to do a three day - 2 night canoe trip, with my wife and I.

I did this many years ago on the Cold Water Creek. But I would like to do it deeper.

I am thiinking the Blackwater, but I am also looking at the Perdido.

What river would you do this trip on, and where and how would you portage, i.e. shuttle. Use a local vendor?

i like blackwater the best but perdido is nice too. either one yall will have a good time. i always drop my truck where im gonna end up and get my buddy to drop me off at the start.
