BUZZARD ON THE P'COLA BEACH PIER SAYS THE RED TIDE HAS KILLED MOSTLY CATFISH AND HARD TALES, BUT HAS MADE IT INTO THE PASS.

hOW FAR IN, AND HAVE WE SEEN DEAD REDS OR TROUT, FLOUNDER DEAD ON THE BEACHES INSIDE YET?

IS THERE "PRIME TIME" BETWEEN THE FRESH RAIN WATER AND THE RED TIDE; IS THAT AN IDEA?
, POSSIBLY?

I was out last weekend on NAS along the coast and in the bay. Dead fish was washed up on the shores, I don't think I saw any trout, maybe a few drum, but the color was off doe to being dead i think. A whole lot of hardtails and a few catfish. I did see a pretty large flounder and a red snapper floating near the pier on portside. Pickens side had redtide written all over. seems to be where there is current then the redtide isn't as bad. Not sure how long it will last.
