Drinking beer while making peanuts is key. Usually after the first case is gone the nuts are about 1/2 way cooked. Tabasco is an ingredient that can't be left out. Lots and Lots of tabasco for some kick azz peanuts. Franks Red Hot also gives them more of a sweet heat:hotsun
