Just wanted to let everyone know about a great experience I had with Raymarine. In the process of redoing some wiring, I managed to break off one of the pins that receives power in the back of the fishfinder plug. Soldering it didn't work as the area was too small for it to hold. I sent raymarine customer service a message asking where I might find a new back cover, and George Martin got my address and mailed it within two days.



I wonder if this is typical for the industry. In any case I will be buying Raymarine from now on.

I broke 1 off too. I sent my unit back to them and they replaced the board for me at a very resonable cost.

Before that, my screen had spots on it that I could not remove and they replaced my screen for free. Very happy wiht their customer service.
