Temporary fix
Don't know where to find a cover, but in a pinch you can use a shallow food storage container of a similar size. Not perfect, but it will help and you can spray paint it dark to keep the sun off your screen.
Just don't leave it on while you are pulling your boat down the road at speed. Just a thought.
