Just bought half a dozen quick fletch fletchings (just dunk them in boiling water type) for some older arrows and was wandering if anyone here has used them before and had any comments.

I looked into them. But when Broxons can refletch my arrows for less money than those cost, I will let them do it for me.

But I read about them and I have heard of people having issues if they did not insert them into the water slowly to make sure there were no air bubbles trapped.

I have a friend that said that they worked fine for him, but he wishes he had followed the instructions and lightly sanded the shafts first. He has one or two that slip a little when shooting through a layered target. I have a couple packs I am going to try for some Gold Tips I knocked the fletchings off, but I just bought another dozen arrows, so I haven't tried mine yet.

Got mine on this afternoon with the twister vanes on them. Had no bubbling, slowly twisted them into the boiling water, held them under 8-10 seconds while rotating and slowly rotated them back out. Haven't shot them yet but they look good. Application and price were too easy to not have bought them for 6 "new" arrows. Also I made sure to slightly rough up the arrow shaft to ensure there was something for them to adhere to. Curious to see how they will perform with a wisker biskit.
