Not worth it in my opinion. Only benefits to an aluminum prop, is they are cheap and *might save your lower unit if you hit something.... bigger blade thickness=less rpms=less speed= more fuel consumption.

Yeah performance isn't great for sure, but everyone should have an aluminum as a spare on the boat, nothing like a spun hub 20 miles off shore limping in. Plus those guys on the river I would defiantly use aluminum.

I agree for this area stainless. That's all I have used since leaving the keys.

LOOK, I have a 4 blade 15 in dia don't know pitch but use on a 150 OMC. $100 in good shape. Pm if interested.

The picture make the prop look like the lower left blade is messed up. It's not all 4 blades are the same.
