Had to order a new GPS receiver. It's much simpler to fly with GPS vs. without. sheeze...

I keep mine where I can have line of sight, but it is too small to keep direct visual on it sometimes. It does get my heart moving when I am piloting only by the view from the camera.

Yep, The SD3 is BIG and Orange. I like that so I can see it.... Flex Seal can for size reference, also waterproof to land and take off from the water.

Yeah I was a bit limited with my drone budget so I went with the DJI Mini 2. It's not waterproof, so I have anxiety when flying it over the water, but that's what I bought it for - scoping out the flats to see if there are fish in the area.
