I am going to attempt a small food plot on my property of planted pines in Walnut Hill. I bought Imperial Power recommended by Whitetail Institute and "No Plow"... any suggestions if I need fertilizer and lime without doing a soil sample ?

Ya dont know if you need fertilizer or lime without a soil sample.. if’n its piney woods, you gonna need some lime..... and if its the 1st time as being a food plot, you probably gonna need a bunch of it.

I preach soil sample for planting anything. They cost like $8 or so and take about a week to get results back. Otherwise you can just throw anything you want at it and hope for the best, soil samples save you a ton of money year after year.
