Never personally fired one, but I hada gun dealer who's a friend of the family say they are a pretty good pistol. It's no Trailside, but for what you pay, it is supposed to be fairly accurate. I suppose it all depends on what ya'll are planning on doing with it.
I looked at the Neos 1st causeI love 22's but went with the Walther P22 instead....feels and looks better...shoots awesome also...only screw up Walther(Smith&Wesson) did was put a safety lock built into the slide....You lock it with a special key and it cannot be fired BUT if you rack the chamber it locks the whole gun up and you have to have a gunsmith fix it....I did it 2 times!!! !st time I took it to Jay's in Crestview and it took a week or so to get it back and cost in the upper 20's to get it fixed...Then the 2nd time I called the company and they were WONDERFUL, they sent me a prepaid sticker and all I had to do was box it up...UPS picked it up from the house and I had it back in less then a week free of charge....So Jays probably did the same and decided to stick me with a BS bill instead of telling me to send it to the company!!! I don't lock it anymore....but it is an awesome gun never the less!!!:clap

Jay does not operate that way. I have bought several guns from him over the years. He is a good guy and offers product that most of the local gun shops won't touch. He is a stocking class III dealer. That kind of inventory is expensive. Entry level class III gun is about 3k these days. Don't be upset because you admitedly screwed up, took it to a retail shop and they didn't fix it for free.
Jay's is a great place, they get things done when you need it.

I agree with him being a good guy even though I only met him once, Now some employeesI have run into rubbed me the wrong way but you get that anywhere....And yes he has a heck of an inventory andI wasn't bashing him or his store...I admitedly screwed up yes but it would be different if they had a gun smith on premise that fixed it, but they sent it off (not what I think, what they told me)....hmmmmm probably to the factory...If they knew it would have to be sent to the factory and was done for free but charged me is my point...I know stores need to make a buck and by all means I did'nt have to take out a loan so it does not bother me, just thought it could have been handled differently.
I hear ya. I know he used to have a full time smith at the Crestview store. Anyway I guess we all live and learn. I have a P22 as well with suppressor. It's super quiet... Like a pelet gun. Heres a pic of the gun and can.
