Can anybody tell me a good place to catch pinfish in the bay? I've read that they move offshore to spawn in the winter. Do any of them stay in the bay? My normal spot isn't producing for me anymore. Thanks in advance!

The old fishin bridge was a great place to go this time of year.. just head out to deeper water and use a sabiki rig with bits of squid / shrimp.. if you can get there by boat it should produce..

The bridge by the Navy Pt boat launch(off Navy Blvd. on Sunset)is loaded with pinfish. I use it all winter and have occassionally been surprised by a red, black drum, or sheepshead. If you're launching from there it'll take you no time at all to fill a bucket. Tight lines.
