You guys have to try this marinade.
It’s awesome on wings and pork. Quartered or whole chicken..
Allow at least 24 hours to marinade.
You can use it in a Wok afterwards to stir fry meat and vegetables.
I usually grill wings, pork loins or chops.

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry ginger
1/2 tsp dry mustard
4 garlic cloves, crushed...I use jarred minced garlic, about two tbsp
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper
You will thank me the first time you cook wings marinated in this.
Add a little extra brown sugar if you want. I usually do.
