Went out again this morning from shoreline park. The plan was to go to three mile bridge and catch white trout. As we passed deer point, I noticed bait fish jumping, so we stopped. I threw a sabiki and my buddy tried a gotcha. After about 5 minutes, he calls fish on. After a short fight, he pulls up a sail cat. Not getting anything on the sabiki, I switched to a gotcha. A few minutes later my buddy starts yelling about a red. I look back and see about 20 reds swim by the boat, and he has one on. We spent the next hour chasing the school around the area. Caught five, all on gotchas. Biggest was 40 inches, 15 pounds.
