like it said guys and gals...so when is the first cobia, cobe, ling, lemonfish, or watever u wanna call it gonna be seen from a boat and from the pier?

and when is the first one gonna be caught from a boat and from the pier?

im not the biggest boater so ima shoot for the pier

WAAAAAAY to cold for the first fish to be late Feb this year.

First fish seen March 13, first caught March 16. April is going to be a killer month this year as the fish will be stacked up with the northern Gulf so cold.

We boated our first fish on March 10th last year. I think that date will hold true again this year!!!!!

I always say March 7th. That is my birthday and I usually take off and go out looking in hopes to catch the first one.

Seems like a cold winter makes for a better cobia season but I guess we will see.
