i went to start the boat today its been about a month since

the last time it was cranked. well motor was turn over just fine

then it was like a fuse popped no power to the key, tilt n trim.

batteries are charged vhf radio has power livewell has power

but nothing to the key. its like its in gear turn key nothing.

we checked the inline fuse at the batteries. it looks good.

does anybody have any ideas of what it could be.

thanks in advance for the info and help.

The main fuse for everything motor related is under the cowling. Depending on year, there is either a fuse attatched to the start relay or a plug in fuse on or near the electrical box on the back of the motor. 20 or 30 amp

Yeah, what he said. Or if it's like mine, I had a short in the wire feeding my fuse block behind my controls. I had to run a new wire from that fuse under the cowling to the fuse block behind my controls.
