Derick Wall, is starting up a bait boat and this is from his facebook. He's commercial fished for years

Hey everyone starting June first at Pensacola pass on channel 11. I will be selling live bait including cigs ly herring pinfish or whatever's catchable. I won't have a card reader so please bring cash. I will have a multicolor flag saying live bait above my world cat to identify me. Please pass this on to whomever may be interested thanks

My bottom fishing trips haven't been the same since Tony passed 🙁 Glad someone is taking up the mantle.

Why? Is it illegal in some way ?

Yes, no commercial fishing in park water, they control so far out into the water and stop any selling of bait in that water.

I think the state should take the park back over and kick the feds out.

I think the PFF should take it, I bet 4 or 5 of us could mount a successful campaign, anyone got one of those PFF flags laying around, we’ll plant that sucker Iwo Jima style on the fishing pier.

Wasn't Tony parked due south of the Ranger Station less the 1 mile from the beach? What is the parameter for the Park's Jurisdiction? Does anyone know?

Yes he was. Think the rule is a mile off the federal park.

It was the selling that was a problem. You can't run a concession selling Kool-aid on park property without a permit issued personally by Dr Jill herself!

Off of Chicken Bone might be a good place. Off Deer Point would be good except Gulf Breeze would want a business license.
