About 2 miles off PCola Pier!

Filet them with the skin left on, put it in a ziplock bag with some OJ, Leave it for 45min-1hour, cook them on lower heat with the skin side down in olive oil with garlic. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste, and right before it comes out of the pan I squirt it down with lemon juice. I is flaky and light and very refreshing. Serve it with a green veggie of choice and a helping of jasmine rice!
