I figured this was my first time offshore that actually counts and I always like reading the reports on here so I figured that I could finally write one of my own. So a friend, my wife and I got on the water just east of the pier at about 0645 and it was a little bumpy getting through the surf but we all made it. Ended up being fairly slow until about 0930, when my buddy picked up a nice king, and shortly after I got a pretty good Spanish. My wife ran into a dolphin, actually it literally ran into her yak. She said she about s**t in her seat. Then she and I both caught remora, then it just seemed to completely die off and it got really bumpy out of the east so we called it a day. Oh then I decided to go down and try the Hurlburt pier as well as the shore from Fam Camp, and both nothing. So all in all one Spanish not horrible but I am sure there are better days, at least I sure hope so.
