im actually starting to catch some keepers.. i fished on my lunch for the past couple days.5 keepers, 2around 16 inches. all caught on jigs with gotcha grubs, white on wed and electric chicken today <-- outcast was out of white. jig heads were just regular cheap lead heads from walmart, thats all i normally use.

today i actually started catching considerably fewer shorts so hopefully the "big uns" are movin in.

Are these small ones you refer to,

"keeper" flounder or trout or what?

Q: Are you getting better strikes with tidal movement?

We got some small flounder there last Sat, but very little current flowing.

So we trolled some stretches and got this.

yea i appologize! flounder.. like i said i only got to fish on my lunch break, pretty much, so i didnt bother lookin at tides. i was fishin reguardless of the tide.
