My baby triple tal have finaly showed up at sherman cove . They like to hang close to the rocks on the seawall . These 2 are about the size of a thumb nail

That's very cool. Last time I went offshore we had one about the size of your hand gorging himself on the buffet line coming out of our chum bag. They are an interesting fish to be sure.

Interesting how they lay on their side on the surface even when they’re babies like that. I’ve never caught one but I’ve netted them while floundering at night. One of the best fish I’ve ever eaten.

They are pretty cool and dang sure tasty . They come into sherman cove every year . Ill keep updating if they stay around.
