Thank you. I have enjoyed shooting a cap and ball gun. Have hunted dove with a .45 cal. TC using 410 shot cups. One gun can be so versatile - light loads, heavy loads, buck and ball, bird shot.... And it can help slow a young hunter down from burning through a lot of ammo.

I have a TC New Englander that I haven't shot in a few years because I would rather hunt with my TC Encore. You can buy an inline for about the same price as what you are looking for and it would be more accurate at longer distances. Won a lot of shooting contest with my New Englander when we had them in Baker but I wouldn't feel comfortable shooting a deer with it if the shot was over 50 yards.
